Nobody waited on me to open a new checking account... they evidently do not want new customers all that much. Went in a half hour before close to open a new checking account because that's the earliest I could get off work. No one ended up waiting on me. Then the personal banker comes to the lobby at about 5:05pm to tell me to leave and come back some other time.

So I went to Bank of America after that. It was the first chance I had, which was on a SATURDAY a half hour before close, waited on me with smiles on their faces and stayed 20 mins late to help get everything set up and were in no rush to get me out the door.
