November: After going here 20+ times I can assure you that the slow service will not change. Always long lines at the drive through due to service inconsistency. They won't repeat your order sometimes and have a hard time getting it right the first time. I have never gotten through in less than 15 minutes. If there is no line, I'm the one who gets the wrong order and have to wait or go in. As you drive by look for the long lines...either 9AM or 11PM they are there and not because they are busy, just backed up.
Very disappointed in Troy McDonalds today. Served me cold fries and when asked for fresh ones, was given nasty attitude. Then asked to pull into lane 1 to wait for fresh ones. Waited 15 minutes for fries, all the while 3 other cars came and went that were also waiting for food.
Went back to try my luck again, and they got the order right! However I got home and my Big Mac had a foot long hair in it. I took it in to speak with the manager, and she looked at it and said "yeah that's gross" and got me another one.
I don't understand the constant inconsistency of this place. Almost every order is either wrong or missing an item/items. I went through this morning and ordered a plain bagel and this burnt/black thing is what I got. The McCafe drinks taste different every time it seems. I even asked the manager this morning and she told me that it depends on who makes them, that some people know how to make them right and some don't. What???? Come on McDonald's.
This place ALWAYS messes up our order in fact I'm sitting in the parking lot rt now because our drive thru order was all wrong and fries ice cold... real convince of a drive thru huh?

New better can order from several places inside the restaurant, but the order was still wrong! And the French fries not hot. Disappointed last visit. Won't see me around here very much for a while. Hope that they get it together.
Never coming back here again. Maybe in a year if there is some kind of Shake up. Absolutely 0 management/ quality control.
