I called to inquire about a spacer to go between my subwoofer and enclosure. They told me they didn't have 3 minutes to cut a hole in a piece of wood. Pathetic.

Update to this review, since I've now had an audio equipment installation completed by them. They were able to get me in and and done when other places were booked. The project was completed quickly and care was taken to protect my equipment. No complaints. I would go here again and would recommend them for standard car audio upgrades and installation. Competitively priced.
