I have been using Charlotte's Flowers for many years. I have also tried other flower shops in Troy, MO. Charlotte's prices are lower than the other's I tried. The service is excellent, and the quality has always been great. As with any service that you request over the phone, make sure that you verify all information about you order and give instructions and times for deliveries. Especially if going to a residence in the Winter.
