The best. Friendly!
In store service was not the best. We were helped by a new associate that was not quite ready to be on her own. She didn't know much about the sales floor items. The delivery men were perfesional and very kind! The furniture is not made well at all! I have had my couch serviced twice in 3 months!!
Furniture was missing parts. I asked too speak too the manager about it and she was super rude too me. I also saw her being rude too other customers and employees. Would not shop here again. Also, the ceiling had black spots all over it. It didn't seem very. Hygienic. A lot of the furniture that was on the floor was damaged as well.
If you are in the market foe Flexsteel or Lazyboy furniture check out TF. We never shopped here until two years ago, but their prices (especially during a sales event) are very good. Also, the delivery was free until recently. The sales staff has been every helpful whenever we stop in to shop.
Great opportunity but delivery date is a way off.
