How refreshing - the owner answered the phone, listened to the symptoms, asked the right questions and had the whole problem resolved and the house cooling within 3 hours of my initial call. The bill was reasonable and I could not have been more surprised and pleased with the immediate, professional attention. I am a huge fan of Schieffer's and would highly recommend them.
