Terrible company to get supplies from. Company has had Dr order for over a month and keep getting told they are waiting on authorization so I called insurance and they haven't been contacted for authorization. You sit on hold forever and then get very vague and the same answers and get told it's another department or that they have to go through another person. RIDICULOUS
