Please be aware he does not have good bedside manner he does not listen to you doubts what you say and is very agressive and abrasive when you question him
Took my daughter there because she sliced her thumb. They did give her a tetanus shot but didn't even clean her thumb. All she did is bandage thumb with a little neosporin and just said keep it clean. WTH. Brad was great. The rest could be replaced now.
I continued to see him as my cardiologist throughout the year. I complained of chest pains and heart pain all summer. He told me it was all in my head finally in August I was taken back to Mercy Lincoln cnty tested and again moved to Mercy st John's where my right side stents where found to be clogged again to 90 percent and left side was now at 85 percent Dr Blyer still says pains and conditions where in my head and not real. I had to have 2 new stents placed on the right side of heart along with another stent placed on the left side. Had I took blyers word for how I felt not sure I would be here
They took good care of my girl and also this worried Momma, when my girl had a bad bug bite reaction! They were kind and efficient. Thank you, guys!!

I went to the Urgent Care part of this hospital 2 days ago, the nurse was very nice, took my vitals then left. She came back and said they need to take me to the ER, my fever was pretty high and my blood pressure was low. They did nothing for me in the ER that couldn't have been done in Urgent Care (chest x-ray and influenza test), gave me some ibuprofen and sent me home. Did NOT check for strep (I complained of sore throat) or even look in my ears (also a complaint). The next day after my fever broke I looked at my throat, saw huge pus pockets, and called the ER. Sure we can test you for another $150 co-pay. I think this is all just a money making scheme. My Urgent Care co-pay is $15. Seems as if they care more about money than the care of the people. Oh and went to a different urgent care that performed test and guess what. I have strep. Unbelievable!!! If strep gets in your bloodstream it can kill you. I had 104.1 temp and a sore throat and was NOT even checked. I would not even give one star but it wouldn't let me post unless I did.
Hard to figure the place out. The emergency entrance is well marked, but the other entrances can't be seen unless you stop in the street, or pull in the lot and look around. Lot needs maintenance, old place. The staff were very knowledgeable and quick.
Had heart attack in January was taken here after they ran all test my insurance would pay and some they wouldn't pay for they ended up moving me to Mercy st John's on 270 they placed two bare metal stents in my right side of heart.
