I went in for bug identification and those who have that ability were at a big conference. Instead of sending me away, the lady helped me find someone who could help me out as soon as possible. Everyone with the capability to do this bug identification were out at the same conference but she sent out emails, did various phone calls, and told me she would continue to work on getting me in contact with someone as soon as she could. She was incredible and it was one of the best interaction with someone regarding an important matter in quite some time! Thank You!
