Manager was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing. When I questioned the price, he even offered a further discount. The smell in the halls were musty and caused difficulty breathing. Checked out the room on 2nd floor. 2 water leaks in ceiling. Mold/mildew. As for the claims by others of bed bugs, I didn't get to check out the mattress/headboards for evidence as it was evident I couldn't stay here.
The ice bucket looked like someone had used it as puke bucket and it was never cleaned out. They allow pets but only in smoking rooms on the third floor with no elevator. The sheets and mattress were so dirty I had to ask for new sheets and a blanket, when I asked for a new blanket the only option was to wait for them to wash the blanket that I had and bring it back to me this was at 9pm. The shower was very dirty and had no hot water. The floor was so dirty that after a shower the towel was black. The 1st towel I went to use was covered in black mold. The sink was broken and didn't drain water. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel ever. Never agin..think twice before you stay in this hotel.
They did improve after motel 6 took over. Here are my issues. Flat screen does not have HD hooked up. No chairs, just a bed and 2 end tables and one of those is under TV for the lamp. Poor lighting in room. Have weekly and monthly rates of 260wk and 800mnth. There is not a fridge or microwave unless u pay extra for it. Told me extra 50 for the month.
They said the phones were down and could not call to a room. The internet was down as well. You have to pay for WiFi. The outside needs lots of attention. I was there during regular business hours and had to ring for front desk service. The first women could not speak english well enough to tell me the phones were down or didn't understand my question. The front desk echoes band I could hear what sounded like yelling from the owner's or manager's suite
