My girlfriend and I ordered 2 meal boxes (burrito, chalupa, taco, nachos and drink) and 1 crunchwrap and they messed up our order several times. First red flag was that they had someone new working the register without any assistance, so the poor girl struggled with the machine for a few minutes before getting our order in. When our food arrived, they hadn't put anything on it but lettuce, tomatoes and sauce. We went up to fix the problem and the manager on duty argued with us before offering to replace the food. When our order was called again, only the chalupas and tacos were on the tray. They apologized and said they'd finish making the order. By the third time our order was called, we had been waiting for our food for roughly 45 minutes, so we decided just to grab it and go, only to find out later that they'd messed up the order again, this time by forgetting the nachos and burning the hell out of my crunchwrap. Never eating here again.
Makes me sick. If i eat a Taco or burrito i can get really sick. Because there food can be really cheap and nasty. At any location really. And its really dirty and people are not cleaning up alot. But on the good side they have good desserts.
My 85 yr old mother got plastic "O" ring from nacho cheese dispenser in her nacho supreme. And all manager could say it was it's from nacho cheese gun, do you need another one. Never apologized!!!
2 trips through the drive through in a row that I got home and our order was all wrong. Including one time even the soda was wrong. So the third time there I decided to go in and order to see if I could watch them make it. After I ordered I asked the girl to also explain to the backline that the 2 items I asked for plain, meant completely plain. I watched her tell the young man and he completely ignored her, wouldnt even look at her as she spoke to him. She turned away and rolled her eyes in disgust. It really was so rude the way he treated her and to think customers are watching. So, guess what, I sat and watched them make the whole order wrong. I tried to say something but was ignored so I nust let them finish. Then when they walked it to the counter abd said my name, I handed it back and said you need to redo it because you didnt read your screen and I watched you mess up 4 of my 7 items. On my second visit there I told the female assistant manager that I had spoken to the manager about our previous experience and he was going to comp my next visit thise teo items. She was so rude and acted as if I was trying to pull one over on them because I didn't remember the managers name. So as I explained to her what happened her reply was not, I'm sorry, instead it was "well, we are only human" and walked away. This place needs a serious upgrade ib management and staff and needs extra training on customer service. On a side note, my third visit, there were two other people standing there that were saying their orders were also screwed up and it happens all the time. I would have given them a one star but I am trying to show a little restraint and give them a break.
We ordered and didn't have to wait long for our food. Food was good and the dining area was clean.
