Have been in the trucking business for 25 years now! Best people I have worked with in that time! Does everything go smoothly on every load, nope., but tell me where that happens! But when things do go awry, it just takes a phone call to get them working to fix the issue. No blame game! They are friendly and respectful and know you by name! You will not find a better company to work for! The only reason they do not get the fifth star is that Dad always said there is always room for improvement!

I have been in the trucking business for over 14 years as a driver. There is been no other company they could match Coastal Carriers Trucking Lines Inc., Troy, Missouri. Not only are they the most trucker friendly carrier with a family style staff, but they employ the most professional well mannered and friendly drivers available in the industry. I tried my hand at leasing through another company which gave me the tools to understand the business, but also enough to understand that the company was paying some of the lowest salary in the industry. Coastal Carriers Trucking Lines was a complete 180! Not only can a driver find a true home and a stable high-paying job ( I'm taking home more than any OTR and some local jobs too!), but they can be treated with the utmost respect, latest equipment, plenty of miles supported by the most friendliest and honest staff, dispatchers and a maintenance department that you'll ever find in the trucking industry. A perfect fit for me means that I will not need to ever look for any other driving job anywhere else! Company drivers are treated equally well and have perks for free like satellite TV installed in their truck and the ability to watch NFL Sunday ticket during the football season! If you like being on the road this is the trucking company for you! Be aware, turnover is very low so trucks become limited as they come in. It is not uncommon to find several drivers who have been here since company start up. I highly recommend you give Coastal Carriers trucking lines, Inc. a try and you will not be dissatisfied!
And I'm telling you the truth; I'm glad that I did ! my blood pressure has lowered, they don't breathe down your neck, the people that work here at coastal carriers understand the life of a trucker so they respect and understand how to treat people as humans and NOT as a (Number !)
