I've never had any problems doing my banking at this branch. The tellers were very quick and helpful and were able to answer any questions I had. They have a drive up ATM for when the branch is closed. Their rates are pretty good compared to the other banks in town.
Twice now I've been charged an overdraft fee of $36.00 and there was no overdraft. I'll be changing banks asap.
The tellers are extremely rude at this branch and go out of thier way to not help you. I drive 20 minutes to another branch to actually get help.
