Understanding that these things happen, it is the service that the dealership and the manufacturer provide that can make or break the owners experience. To say that 47 West made the experience great would be an understatement. They fixed the problems promptly and even detected other things that could be improved. They made all right, no questions asked. Their focus on the customer was evident. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family and we will work with them first when we decide to purchase again!
Bob is service was less than helpful and would not return calls or follow through with what he stated. I would find another dealer if at all possible.
