I told him to keep the gift certificate as I will not let them touch my car anymore.
Would not recommend, if you make a appointment you should be first not who drives up with a oil change. I don't care that they only get what the state says. My time is just as important. If 10 people drive up you sit while they get service.
Excellent fast service..... Had me in and out on my lunch break.... Very personable..... 8 dollars off between 8-10 M-F.
After getting my oil changed I noticed an oil leak. Took my car back down there and they couldn't fix it. Took the car to my dealer and they replaced a cracked oil filter cap assembly. They said it was cracked from over tightening. Spoke with the owner of Auto Lube Plus, and after getting a lecture about how it wasn't their fault....he offered a gift certificate for the amount it cost me to fix. So after losing a half day of work messing with the car and $68 for the part....I don't get my cash back.
My son needed a inspection and they took it in and failed it because they said it had an exhaust leak so we brought it home and his father being mechanically inclined put it on ramps to take a look at it and said he saw no signs of an exhaust leak! So we decided to take it else where and had it inspected and it passed! So the mechanic here lied to us! I do not recommend this place to any one! I will never bring my business here ever again!
Great and fast service with fantastic employees. Checked my vehicle over completely and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
