Showed up with less than an hour until closing time. Had just spent my rear tire avoiding an accident. They didn't have my tire in stock and I'm sure they didn't have the time, yet they found a tire from a local vendor, sent an employee to pick it up and got me back on the road safely and reasonably priced. Highly recommended, and I will be back for all my maintenance needs. Thanks CFC!
They did the sloppiest work on my bike. Broke other parts that weren't part of job, missing parts. Took forever to get my bike back once done, which wasn't all the way finished. Lowest integrity shop around. I would give no stars if I could.
This place gets top marks in my book! I also work in a service related field. It can be difficult to keep customers as well as gain their trust. The way Jan and his team have taken care of me, after recently having some problems in servicing my 2015 Street Glide, was over and above exceptional! Not only did they do right by me and gain my loyalty as a customer, but also my referrals!
