When I called to sch an apt (in advance) I asked specifically if there were long wait times to see the doctor because as those with sm children know long waits are difficult. The lady said that typically there is not a wait. HA!!!! On the first visit (& only!!) myself and both 1 & 2 yr old boys were in the exam room for almost an hour before the dr came in. The dr had never seen my son before yet she was in the room for a maximum of 4 minutes. In addition the waiting room is FILTHY! My children both had black hands and my youngest black knees (crawler). GROSS! After I got the explanation of benefits from my insurance company we got a bill in the mail because they bill the insurance company as an emergency service, therefore is considered a specialist. So, no matter what you sch you will still be charged this way because their tax id number. This operation is a JOKE!
Always get seen within a short amount of time. Able to schedule an appt quickly and easily.
I've been taking my kids here for over a year now and really enjoy this place. The whole staff is very nice. The waiting room is clean and spacious. They get you in fast for appointments and the wait time is never more for 10 mins from my experience. My daughter is a little uneasy with drs yet she's never had a problem here. ☺
We've been going here off and on for almost 11 years now and my wife and I, and all 3 girls love it. Great staff and we see all of the Drs as they are all awesome. Always clean, courteous, and fast. Never really there for more than 30 min. Very much deserving of the 5 star rating.
