First time at Sport Clips, it was a wonderful experience. First my son and I showed up only to see the waiting area packed. I noticed online check in, very easy, even gave suggested time of arrival. We went shopping and returned right on time. Walk in greeted and signed in, our names went to the top of the list, being new to Troy I had a coupon for free haircut or $5 off the MVP. I tried the upgrade, I have never left a barbershop or salon feeling as good as I did. It was the longest haircut I have ever had. Love the haircut, hot towel, scalp massage and neck and shoulder massage. They truly work hard to get your business, with all that never felt rushed or pressured. Thanks Carol!
