If you are looking for ANY handheld power equipment, not just saws, this is the place to go. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They will walk you through how to take care of your equipment. If you run into issues, they are very gracious about coaching you through quick fixes, and repair rates are very reasonable. Still equipment is top-notch, too. One of my favorite business to support.
If you want the most knowledgeable Stihl guys around and the best personal service this is your place. They only service Stihl though which fine with us customers. But this is the anti Walmart experience. They show you how to start your equipment, run it, maintenance it and store it. I had a friend who bought a Stihl saw from a big store and paid close to 400 dollars for the saw, but no one told him how to start that specific product or anything about it. Paul and Lance are the best.
