I have purchased several garbage disposals and plumbing supplies from Ro-Mar previously. But after this kind of service, never again...and I'm fairly CERTAIN the owner was there to witness the refusal...probably encouraged the denial. If their customer service is this repugnant, I'm CERTAIN they don't want my services and I'm sure that they will not stand behind any of their products. NO MORE Ro-Mar!
Been using Ro-Mar as a supplier for drainage products for a few years now. Everybody there is helpful and nice. Wide selection of pipe fittings, pipe, catches, and rental equipment with more than enough inventory to get the job done today. Highly recommend.
I rented a "Power" washer from Ro-Mar Supply in Troy. It worked for an hour of the time we had it. When we returned it and informed them that it didn't perform properly, they didn't even OFFER to refund our money! Didn't even OFFER!
