Amazing service. Fast, efficient, friendly, clean, patient and kind. I know nothing of cars and they have never made me feel stupid. As I was walking out I turned around and asked for windshield wipers because I was going on a trip. I told them I’d install them somehow, since they were already done with my car, and he said no and took off for my car and installed them before I could stop him. These guys are amazing. I go to them every time.
My experience was good, bathroom was clean.
10/17 I feel confident when I take my vehicles to Plaza that the work will be done right the first time. Also I am able to send my girlfriend or any of our daughters and am sure the are treated right and honestly.
The guys were very helpful when I came with a flat. The tire could not be fixed so they put my spare on no charge! Thanks so much. Will look into buying new tires here.
From the first phone call to the last tire of 4 was put on my vehicle everyone was friendly and helpful.
The crew at Plaza always work quickly and accurately on any vehicle I take it in there. They're friendly and the place is clean which is more that I can say for most tire service centers.
