Anyone who's ever been on a trip and has had something like this happen knows how it can send your anxiety level sky high. As usual the people at Scott took great care of my sister. They diagnose the problem, made the necessary repairs, and let her enjoy the rest of her time here. She was very pleased and impressed with the professionalism of this firm. I highly recommend them.
We like Scott's Auto because they really know how to troubleshoot complex issues. They will actually prove a part defective before replacing it instead of guessing. We have never had to take a car back due to our complaint not being fixed.
I am very happy with the service I received at Scotts. I made the appointment a day before, got right in for an inspection and oil change. The oil change is less than the quick lube places and uses the same products! Great customer service, Bryan is always informative and helpful. This is the best shop around in my opinion.
