I took my Lincoln LS in to replace the starter. James went out if his way to ensure I understood the cost of the repair and what was included in the cost. Being a woman, I really appreciate the fact they didn't treat me as such. I've had some horrible repair shop experiences and I was pleasantly surprised. There was a minor miscommunication concerning my quote, but it was immediately cleared up. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my experience at Transking and will definitely be the first place I call for any future repairs. Thanks guys!
