My experience with this company was about 30 seconds long. I had finished looking at a house in which they had done the septic inspection. There were some problems so I wanted to call and see if they could provide an estimate on the cost to fix the issues. There was a number provided, however it did not specify if it was a office or cell number. I decided to give it a all even though it was a Sunday in hopes of leaving a message or having a quick conversation with someone to see if an estimate was even a possibility.
I will be keeping Rick's number on speed dial and will not hesitate to recommend him to others who need reliable and reputable folks to help with their septic systems. You can call the first number Google picks out, or you can call your local expert and get the service you're looking for. You can put money back into local folks pockets at the same time! My fiance called Rick to do a Septic and Well Inspection for our potential home. As first time home buyers we are new to this kind of stuff, especially septic systems and well water. Rick was very professional and informative about everything! He explained how both systems worked and let us know what needed to be done in order to keep them working properly. Rick came back and did a full inspection with out charging us any additional fees. This has enable us to fully understand our system and ensure it will meet our needs.
So I went ahead and called and Rick answered the phone. I gave him my name and explained that I had just looked at a home he did an inspection on and wanted to see if it was possible to get an estimate. Rick then quickly interrupted me and asked "do you know this is Sunday." Before I could say another word he quickly hung up.
I don't know what kind of business thinks it is okay to hang up on a potential client, but I will never use this company and I suggest anyone who wants to be treated as a valued customer never uses this company either.
Due to the struggles of living overseas and trying to buy a house we neglected to reschedule.
The location I brought them to looked like something out of Deliverance but Rick wasted no time going straight into the brush and briars to get a good idea of what he was dealing with. Chris meanwhile helped inside trying to get the old pump working and primed. These guys both could have looked at this place and just turned around and left but they didn't. Instead, they took the time to pull me aside and explain exactly what we had and their suggestions to get it functional. They could have simply said "we can't help you sir, pay me and I'll go my way". Instead they didn't charge me and still provided me with some great info. That right there is something that is nearly extinct from American business and capitalism. There aren't many people out there who won't take your money and move on to the next job.
He took the time to explain how everything worked and revised the reports.
We bought our house while living overseas. When we had the Septic inspection done by Rick he was unable to validate the Drain field due to recent heavy rains. He offered to come back and test.
I'm honestly not sure how some of these folks could give Rick and his crew anything less than 5 stars. Rick, Chris, and Steve were all extremely professional, courteous, and downright helpful folks. I solicited them to inspect a septic and cistern on a potential property I'm looking to purchase. The communication was great from start to finish and they answered both the phone and via email.
