Reported our outage at 2:30am and it never was investigated, we had to report several times before it was even listed on their outage map. If we had a choice we would most definitely pick another company. This o e is horrible!!!!!! If I could give a lower rating I would.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Will bill your fully paid account multiple times and will refuse to refund you the money they stole.
During the most recent storm CREC came by and trimmed a ton of limbs from our trees. They left them in the yard and moved to the next house. My initial thought was OK, they will come back and dispose of them once everyone's electricity is restored. After waiting a week I called today only to be told that since it was a major storm and power outage they would not be coming back. So I asked the rep so this is on the homeowner to clean up? And she said yes. Why do we pay so much for our electric bill each month if they don't even clean up after themselves? If I had my choice I would not be with quiver river electric company
