Lynn, one of the shop owners, was so accommodating during my wedding dress shopping experience! Each time I called to speak with them, they were nothing but pleasant on the phone. They offer additional hours by appointment for those that work past their normal hours, which was absolutely wonderful. It was myself and 5 people (mom, mother-in-law, sister, cousin, and best friend) and they had no issue with that. We went to see one specific dress and ended up trying on 14 dresses in total for 2 hours, at no point did Lynn make me feel pressured with time. Lynn listened to what I was looking for and as I was trying on one dress she would be out on the floor looking for another dress that she thought I would like. After each dress we would all state what we liked and did not like and Lynn would make sure the next dress had aspects we liked. All around this wedding shop has a very homey and family-run, small town feel to it. I would highly recommend this shop. The service was above and beyond. And it makes it so much easier on the bride when we don't feel we are being burden and that is the last thing i felt here. They cater to so many price ranges and styles, I would definitely recommend Elegance Made Simple!
I needed a sash for my daughters flower girl dress for a wedding the next day & was going to try & make one but decided to stop in & see if the store had anything. Not only did they have a perfect sash, but it was leftover from something else so they just gave it to me!! She even took a minute to show me how to tie a bow on the back of her dress so it would sit straight rather than kind of sideways. I always wondered how people got bows so straight, now I know!
As a bride, we are all searching for the that one perfect dress. I found that dress online, but unfortunately I wasn't able to find it at any store in the area. I've explained to many shops that although I love the dress, unless I was able to try it on, I wasn't comfortable paying that much for a dress without physically seeing it. Then I found these amazing people! They were willing to order Maggie Sottero dress in my size with no guarantee that I would purchase it. In this case it did work out perfect and this dress is the one, but I never would have known for sure without their help! Thank you to everyone at Elegance Made Simple! I will be using them for all of my wedding needs and I highly recommend them to everyone!!!
I just spent the morning here. It was a wonderful experience. Katrina wad very helpful and nice. The gowns that they carry are beautiful. Definitely reccomend stopping in.
Had a wonderful experience finding my prom dress with them. They have helped us out tremendously, when I decided that I no longer was crazy about my dress, and are working with us to exchange it for another! Such nice employees, that truly care about customer satisfaction.
