The people were great and did exactly what they said they would do.Paul was very informative and knowledgeable and explained to me step by step what was involved even showing me the broken parts.The only shop I will use for my atvs from now on.
This is the second time I am writing a review, The first time I wrote a review after waiting for 7 months for this shop to fix my atv. every time I called I got excuse after excuse and that's only when they answered the phone. I finally got ahold of Pauly and told him I want to pick up my atv im going to take it some where else and he said I couldn't have it until I took down my bad review and paid my bill that was only for 9 hours of labor after having my atv for almost 8 months! So I agreed to take down the post and he agreed to fix my atv immediately for the first few days he was good about calling me and giving updates which were more bs excuses now its been another month and he's back to the same bull crap! At this point I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this shop unless you like getting jerked around and fed poor excuses and billed for un-needed repairs! This post will not come down until the issues are resolved!!
Latest update, I talked to the Troy Police dept. and they told me they get several complaints about this guys shop all the time so now im taking the next step!
WARNING!!! I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. Nothing but problems accross the board. The owner paul took my money for parts an then somehow forgot to order them. It took over 4 months to get my bike back. Even when i got it back I'm still having problems. My licence plate, fairings, and bolts for my right mirror were lost some how. If you can ever get Paul on the phone he will lie and give you nothing but excuses. The last call i made he theatened me when all i wanted was the parts he somehow lost. I have no idea how they are still in business. Please avoid the headache and take your business elsewhere.
