I also have a Big Green Egg that was purchased from here. If you are a grilling/smoking enthusiast, then you have to stop in and chat. I have found so many new flavors of rubs that make our food taste incredible!

I was trying to find part not listed on the website, was put in contact with Dan. Dan was not able find my account, offered me one return fee on other parts I had purchased, in a follow up conversation, further discounted the return fee and conveniently was able to located my account. Gave Dan payment information over the phone for the purchase of another item, seemed inconvenienced, transaction never went through, never received product. . Sorry to be a bother.
This is a great local shop located just outside of the St. Louis area. The employees offer a comprehensive knowledge of all things fireplaces, grills and more. I used Hechler Hearth and Home to buy an amazingly beautiful gas insert in my home. (See pictures below) I choose to install the unit myself and the staff was more than accommodating in assisting me with any issues I had with installing my unit. My mom also purchased a fireplace from Hechler Hearth and Home and had an airflow issue with her unit. The staff helped walk her through the problem and was able to help us get it fixed so it runs perfectly!
