By reading the previous review, I must have interacted with the same rude employee. I am pregnant and was needing to use the restroom. As the first employee was walking me to the back, we ran into a second employee who yelled, "ABSOLUTELY NO ONE can be in here while I'm counting down the drawer so she's going to have to go somewhere else!" First of all lady...you work at Sally's. You're not THAT important, GET A LIFE. Secondly, I'm pregnant... and peeing is amplified x20. Third, a simple no or I'm sorry would have sufficed as well. I will never set foot in this establishment again. I will make the extra effort to go to the Lake St. Louis, Wentzville, or O'Fallon location.
I had the worst experience ever at Sallys yesterday evening! I contacted corporate today to report the issue and the man on the phone was so appalled by how their front desk staff treated me and that she would ever act like that. This woman threatened to fight me and screamed at me as i was trying to walk to my car all because i advised her i was contacting her manager because of how rude she was to me as soon as i walked in because lord forbid it was close to closing time. She also refused to let me return my product locked the door and was making hand signs and pointing to her ear behind the closed door saying she couldnt hear me and to wait 10 minutes till she left because she wanted to fight. As a grown mature adult i do not fight i just told her i would handle it through her chain of command. I will never spend another dollar at this establishment. I am so disgusted at how this lady acted. I was pleased to find out that corporate is able to pull video footage of her actions just wish i could know what was done about it!
